Issue 10 – Key Stage 2 BISB Basketball
The BISB Wolves actively compete in three major sports across the academic year at local and international events: Basketball, Volleyball and Football. In Key Stage 2, the Basketball programme gives our Primary students the chance to consolidate and enhance skills and techniques developed during curriculum PE lessons in preparation for interschool competition.
The pinnacle for our students at Under 11 level is the annual European Nord Anglia Schools Association (ENASA) tournament. This June, BISB will send our most talented athletes to Warsaw to compete in this prestigious international sports competition. We are currently seeking students, particularly Girls in Year 5 and 6 to attend the Basketball CCA in Term 3 to aid tournament preparation. Look out for the upcoming CCA sign-up through the CHQ portal in early April.
