Year 5 continue to enjoy our new topic ‘Healthy Habits’ with a special circuit training session. The students learnt about the need to do a variety of exercises to develop strength, stamina, balance and coordination.
They also learnt that setting personal best targets is a really enjoyable way to engage with physical activity at whatever level you are. Well done to the team and keep up the good work so that physical activity becomes a daily, enjoyable habit for the rest of your life.
