  • PTA charity gala 2018

Welcome to the new school year at the British International School Budapest. We are sure it’s very exciting for you and your children to meet new friends and teachers.

We would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to the BISB Parent Teacher Association (PTA).

Our main role as a PTA team is to build a strong relationship between parents, teachers and staff in support of our children, by bridging the various perspectives of the PTA community and creating a closer link between home and school.

We do this through a series of activities and fundraisers that will help connect parents with other parents and teachers. We will have a few fun-filled, community building fundraising events that enable the planned activities, such as the Christmas Fair.

Attached you will find the latest activities calendar. We are looking forward to meeting you on the 22nd (orientation day for new parents and students) and 23rd August (welcome coffee and croissants). At these events, you will have a chance to ask questions and meet the activity leaders and country representatives.

As parents, you are automatically members of the PTA. Therefore we invite you to take advantage of all activities. We encourage you to offer your time, passion and skills to help us provide community building events that we can all enjoy and be proud of.

We look forward to meeting you and hearing from you. Remember we cannot do it alone, we need you! pta@bisb.hu
