Congratulations to Nile Hoilett who earned 1st place and a monetary prize at the recent chapter level National Talent Hunt, sponsored by the Florida chapter of Omega Psi Phi fraternity. The fraternity established the National Talent Hunt in 1946 to bring equality of opportunity for American youth to develop and give full expression to their talents. There are three phases to the Talent Hunt Program – local chapter competitions; district competitions; and the International Talent Hunt Demonstration (ITHD) which is an exhibition of the winner from each of the 12 districts of the fraternity.
We are proud to announce that after having won the local competitions, Nile, sophomore, will go on to perform at the District competition, held in Mississippi in March 2020. Way to go, Nile!
