Alesia Santiago joined North Broward Preparatory School in 2022, bringing over a decade of experience in employee relations, organizational development, and leadership within the travel, airline, and wholesale industries. In her current role, she plays a pivotal part in shaping the school’s HR strategy, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and advancing the school’s mission through strategic talent management, recruitment, and employee engagement initiatives. Alesia’s leadership is defined by her empathy, collaborative approach, and strong commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity in the workplace.

Amber joined North Broward Prep this November as a Human Resources Generalist with two years of experience in building great employee experiences. Amber supports everything from payroll and onboarding to employee relations and HR administration. She's passionate about helping teams feel supported, valued, and empowered to do their best work.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Florida Atlantic University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management at Nova Southeastern University. 

Madison joined North Broward Prep as a Human Resources Administrator after gaining over six years of experience in client support and human resources. Passionate about fostering positive workplace cultures and supporting employee well-being, she is deeply committed to the belief that a company's success is closely linked to the happiness and success of its employees.
