After graduating with a BSc in Psychology from the University of Liverpool, Miss Griffin worked in a range of primary schools and nurseries across East Sussex. This led her to embark on her teaching career. After completing an Early Years PGCE at Oxford Brookes University, Miss Griffin moved to London and taught in a reception class in Brixton for 4 years, before joining NAIS Hong Kong in 2017 as a founding member of the Tai Tam Campus.
Having had experience working with children from many different nationalities and languages, Miss Griffin strongly values the importance of communication and language. Miss Griffin is passionate about the Early Years and strives to create an environment where children can follow their own interests, build their confidence and become independent learners.
In her spare time, Miss Griffin enjoys cooking, going to the theatre, travelling and exploring Hong Kong’s beaches.
