Personal Assistant to the Director

  • Period: Full Time
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Closing date for applications: 02 March 2018

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high standard of secretarial and administrative support to the Director, enabling them to operate in a highly efficient manner.

Qualities

The  candidate must be bi-lingual in English and Spanish (an additional language would be desirable).

They should have experience as a PA preferably in an international context with excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure. 

Organisation skills are essential to this post as well as minute taking, diary planning and advanced IT skills. They must have initiative and work well as part of a team.

The candidate must be friendly, flexible and have great presence. They must also have high attention to detail, be able to cope under stress and be prepared to take on new challenges.

Qualifications or formal training would be an added advantage.

Start Date
Ideally candidate will be available for immediate start (Early-Mid March).  Interviews will take place in early March.
