About the role
Join our fast-paced international environment where you will form part of an international team dedicated to providing the best international education to each and every student on our campus. You play an important role liaising with students, parents and staff. You will be involved in the on boarding of new staff and students and informed of all events taking place in the Secondary school. You will manage the student and staff on line platforms and keep them up to date at all times. You will be asked to perform a number of administrative tasks where you will need to think on your feet, work in teams or individually, improvise and use initiative to get the job done. You will be required to attend meetings and take minutes, keep agendas, handle phone calls, complete administrative tasks using windows, excel, school platforms
About you
Able to create a caring and safe professional atmosphere for students and staff. Efficient and organised. A native or near native English speaker with excellent Spanish. Receptive to feedback and ready to embrace change, you will be keen to share best practice with colleagues and peers.
A strong ambassador for the school. Your strong motivation and communication skills will also enable you to create a feeling of energy, excitement and personal investment. We are looking for a problem-solving and resilient person, with strong IT skills and Administrative experience, adaptable, flexible, with initiative, able to work independently but also in a Team, enjoys challenges but also willing to perform mundane tasks.

Selection Process
The closing date for application is latest 20 August although we reserve the right to hire before if we find the ideal candidate. Interviews will be conducted in person at the school, or if necessary by a virtual platform.
