Currently, students have been working very hard preparing for the Les Martinets Personal Challenge Expedition. They are focusing on aerobic and anaerobic exercises to improve stamina and strength.
They have also been doing early morning stairs workout twice a week at a nearby 40 floor apartment and also circuit running training on the school track in the afternoon. The students have shown great motivation and have done exceptionally well in all the trainings.
