Calling All Recipes: Help Create UN Day Recipe Book!

A collection of savoury and sweet recipes that represent our many nationalities here at DCIS

  • UN Day Recipe Book 2017

This year, as part of our UN Day celebrations we will be creating a DCIS UN Day recipe book. We need your help with this!

As we are lucky enough to have families from across the world, we would love to reflect this in our book. If there is a dish that is special to your home country that you would like to share the recipe for, this would be greatly appreciated. This can be the dish that you plan to make for the UN Day family picnic or another dish that you think would be a delicious addition to our book.

There is also the option to include a short video clip with your recipe. This can be of you in the kitchen making the dish or a video of your child explaining a little about the dish and where it comes. Be as creative as you like!  We can then create a QR code to go along with your recipe so people can access further information about it.

We hope to put together a selection of savoury and sweet recipes that represent our many nationalities here in Dover Court.

If you would like to share a recipe that can be included in our recipe book, please email a photograph of the dish, the ingredients, equipment and method to the following email address by no later than Friday the 27th of January.

Please send all recipes to the following email address:

dcisrecipes@gmail.com

Thank you for your continued support.

Kind regards,

The UN Day Committee
