The children in Early Years Foundation Stage have been celebrating International Dot Day, which is celebrated all around the world. The children have enjoyed making collaborative art pieces and have been inspired by the work of Kandinsky to recreate their own circle designs. It has been a fantastic opportunity for us to practise our gross and fine motor movements as well as exploring shapes, colour and textures. We ended our week by dressing up in dotty clothing and celebrated the work that we created.
