Dover Fins at the ACSIS Middle School Swim Meet

An early start for the Dover Fins swimmers last Saturday as they were involved in the Middle School ACSIS Swim Meet at Nexus International School.

The swimmers started with a twenty minute warm up at 7.10am.

Sadly, several of our swimmers, Tommy, Billy and Yeongi, were struck down with a flu bug and were unable to take part.

Charlie valiantly, and brilliantly, stepped in to swim the 50m Butterfly leg of the Medley Relay. It just shows how much he has been training and improving over the past year to be able to that.

The swimmers all performed well, especially in their individual races. Hunter and Doyun in the 50m Breaststroke both knocked 2 seconds off their personal bests.

It was also great to welcome two new girls into the squad, Holly and Shanti.

Well done to all the swimmers and spectators for their support.
