Your Role
At DCIS we have an established Peripatetic Music Programme and are looking to expand our lessons in Strings and Voice. Your role would be to engage children in individual lessons, to encourage a passion for learning music and to appreciate different musical styles.
As part of lessons we expect that music theory is taught at an age appropriate level. Lessons are held on a weekly basis and we ask that tutors commit to the same working hours each week for the duration of the term. These will be agreed with the successful applicant. In addition to weekly lessons, tutors are key in helping students to prepare for any live/virtual performances, recitals and examinations where applicable.
