“They think it’s all over … it is now!”. The 2022 March Mammal Madness has come to an end, with a surprise victory from the Lionesses defeating the students’ favourite the Orca.
The lionesses made the top of the leader board with, interestingly, only five of the 45 final entries picking the overall winner. The Year 7 group took the clean sweep of winners – with Dani holding on by one point with 61, Misi coming in second with 60 and Sziszi (thanks to the lionesses’ win) moving up ten places to secure third place with 59 points.
Well done to all the entrants and we look forward to 2023!

Following the postponement of Journey’s End before Christmas, we are pleased to announce the new dates.
Year 9 have been showing their green fingers/thumbs by trying to germinate cress seeds under various conditions, to see what is important for the seed growth.
There was more basketball on Saturday. This time our U14 Girls A and B teams had their DVAC Festival here at BISB.
