Year 7 students are currently working on their Space topic. Their previous topic on Environment and Adaptations created the perfect opportunity for an activity on designing and building an alien species!
Students had to decide factors about the planet they were going to base their alien lifeform upon, thinking about gravity, food, atmosphere, light levels. They then needed to explain the adaptations they gave the creature and why it would need them to survive in these strange new worlds.
