Students, in Year 7, have started to look at particles and were using their artistic talents to model the three states of matter (solid, liquid, and gas) from Play-Doh®.
Modelling is important in Science, especially Chemistry, as it allows students to visualise more abstract ideas and concepts, and this can help them to understand things they may otherwise not be able to easily comprehend.
