This week Year 2 had a visit from a dentist, Dr Adam Bologh. He told us why we need to look after our teeth and gave us lots of information about how to care for them. He explained that we need to brush our teeth twice a day for 2 minutes and must brush in a circular motion, brushing both our teeth and our gums. He said to brush our tongues to avoid smelly breath!
He also told us to floss before brushing and to brush as soon as we woke up! Dr Bologh also told us that brushing more than 2 times a day can damage our teeth. We learnt a lot and were able to write it down.
