We had a big helping hand from more of our student Changemakers.
The Junior Changemakers gave up their break on Monday to help unpack bags, fold uniform pieces and stack them by size, making neat and inviting displays.
Our IB Changemakers who are part of our Core Project Team, processed incoming bags over the weeks, served 43 customers at the Sale and repacked over 100kg of uniform away for Friday’s Sale.
One of our goals with this project is educating our community on the importance of sustainablity and becoming better stewards of our uniforms. Our students are helping to lead the way.
As always, many, many thanks to the parent volunteers as well who are able to pick up the slack when our students are in class.
Stay tuned next week for the full results of the Sales Series!
As a premium British International School you can expect an education that equally values academic, social and personal learning. We view academic outcomes as essential, providing our students with opportunities, but it is also important that we ensure our students are set to thrive socially and personally preparing them for the world they will enter as adults.
