Georgian Cooking Class
On 19th November, we enjoyed a Georgian-themed cooking class at Budapest Makery.
A big thank you to Her Excellency, the Ambassador of Georgia, Tamara Liluashvili, and Chef Jakob from Hachapuri restaurant, for spending the morning with us.
Together, we learned how to prepare delicious eggplant rolls with walnuts (Nigvziani Badrijani) and Georgian cheese bread (Ajaruli Khachapuri).
The day was topped off with a Georgian wine tasting, offering the perfect mix of experiencing Georgian culture, enjoying delicious food, and having fun.
It was a wonderful way to learn, eat, and enjoy together!
Parent Morning Coffee – A Taste of Greece
On Wednesday morning, the school bistro was transformed into a little corner of Greece for our Parent Morning Coffee event.
With the theme of a Greek Breakfast, it was a feast for both the taste buds and the soul.
We had authentic Greek flavors on the table. From delicious spanakopita to fresh Greek yogurt and traditional Greek Pastries, every bite transported us to the Mediterranean.
It was a joy to see parents enjoying great food, meaningful conversations, and a moment of relaxation amidst their busy schedules.
A big thanks to Sophia for her generosity and creativity - you truly made our day special!
And thanks to Hortisa Guney and Anita Börcsök for their help and support.
We look forward to seeing everyone at our next Parent Morning Coffee, where another theme and culinary adventure await.

We’re delighted to announce yet another year of exceptional results in the IB Diploma Programme. Congratulations to our outstanding Class of 2025 for their remarkable dedication and achievements.
Last week, Year 6 performed our wonderful musical production for the parents and younger children in school. It was a play called Troy Story - it was about the Greeks and Trojans who were at war and had lots of drama.
As the academic year draws to a close, our Early Years students marked the occasion in the most joyful way possible, with Splash Day, a much-loved BISB tradition that brings together sunshine, water play, and the simple delight of being a child.
