Last Thursday and Friday, our Year 5 and Year 6 students laced up their hiking boots and headed into the beautiful Buda Hills behind the school for an adventurous 10km walk.
With the upcoming residential trips on the horizon, the hike was the perfect opportunity to test out gear and build stamina for the exciting challenges ahead. Luckily, the rain cleared just in time, allowing students to enjoy the beauty of the forest. Along the way, they spotted a range of trees and animals, and appreciated being out in nature.
While there were some tired legs by the end, the sense of accomplishment was clear -students returned with rosy cheeks, muddy shoes, and proud smiles. Well done to all who took part!

Science Week at the British International School Budapest has been a whirlwind of discovery, excitement, and hands-on learning. Students across all year groups have immersed themselves in engaging activities designed to spark curiosity and deepen their understanding of the world around them.
Last week, 24 of our primary student athletes travelled to Prague to represent our school at the Under 11 Nord Anglia Global Games: Europe (NAGGE). After months of dedicated training in football and basketball, the students were eager to showcase their skills on the international stage.
