Brenda joined The British School of Beijing, Shunyi in 2014 as the Public Relations and Community Development Manager.
Originally from Hong Kong, Brenda has lived abroad in England, Canada and China for more than 30 years. She completed her IGCSE in England, High School Diploma in Toronto, and her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto. She has worked as a Financial Advisor in Toronto, and when she moved to Beijing, she was the Executive Director of the Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce in China prior to joining BSB.
Brenda often share her own international education and expat experiences with parents and students, helping new families settle down in Beijing. Her dedication and love for BSB can be seen in her enthusiastic attitude coming to work every day with a great smile, and her professional work ethics in doing what’s best for the school and the students. She has built many great relationships with our parents and community partners over the past 10 years.
In her spare time, she enjoys listening to music, and travelling with her husband around the world, experiencing different food and cultures.
