Marcus is a passionate and experienced educator with over 14 years of teaching and leadership experience in international schools. Marcus holds qualifications from Germany and the US, including a Master of Education in International Teaching and a second Master’s degree in History from the University of Greifswald. His professional strengths lie in curriculum development, inquiry-based learning, multilingual education, and empowering both students and educators through collaborative leadership and professional growth.
Marcus is committed to supporting our German students and the German community through his leadership of the German Primary School.
In his personal life, Marcus is married and a proud father of two daughters. Outside of school, he enjoys cycling, traveling, and exploring new cultures—interests that reflect his global mindset and enthusiasm for lifelong learning.
