Congratulation to BSG scholars on their recent success in the annual World Scholars Cup competition on June 10th and 11th, 2023. The weekend saw 14 teams of students from Year 7 to 10 competing against various schools in the regional round held in Foshan. Our students participated in four challenging events: debate, collaborative writing, scholars challenge, and scholars bowl, covering domains that included Art & Music, Science & Technology, Social Studies, Literature & Media, and History. Our students were not only impressive in their display of talent and skills, but also demonstrated their grace under pressure. BSG is proud to announce that all 14 of our teams have qualified to compete in the global round. This victory is a testament to the students' commitment to excellence and a shining example of the payoff of hard work and perseverance. We wish the students the best of luck as they move on to tackle new challenges in the global round!
Over the May break, 19 of our amazing students travelled to Shanghai to compete in the prestigious 3-day ASEEDER Science Carnival, joining top talent from across China.

What a fantastic three days in Chengdu for the Nord Anglia China Region Multi-Sports Festival, hosted by Léman International School Chengdu.
Last Saturday, over 180 guests gathered at The Ritz Carlton hotel for a memorable night of fundraising, fun, and giving back. Guests traveled from Guangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen, dressed in their best black tie and ball gowns, ready to support a great cause, Wilber Foundation.
