Replacing the existing soft play area, the new Early Years Physical Development Space is designed for children aged 3 months to 4 years, supporting gross motor skills, body control, and key developmental milestones in line with the EYFS framework.
More than just a play area, this space encourages children to explore and move at their own pace within a safe and calming environment, featuring soft, harmonious tones. The two-level design, along with a variety of activities such as climbing, sliding, crawling, and obstacle courses, helps expand experiences while developing strength and coordination.
In addition, adjustable lighting and sensory resources contribute to a balanced environment that supports both physical development and emotional wellbeing during the early years.

Continuing the enhancements for Early Years, the new shading system in the EYFS outdoor area is designed to ensure that children can learn and play throughout the day, regardless of weather conditions.
Featuring a 360-degree coverage system, UV-resistant polycarbonate roofing, and ceiling fans to improve air circulation, the outdoor space will remain cool and dry. This enables students to maintain consistent physical activity, meeting international recommendations for early childhood movement. According to UK guidelines, children aged 1–5 require at least 180 minutes of physical activity daily, including 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous activity for those aged 3–5.
This upgrade not only expands opportunities for outdoor learning but also helps foster active habits and supports physical wellbeing from an early age.

Completing the series is the Creative Arts Corridor – an open space where students’ creativity and artistic journeys are celebrated.
Designed as a gallery-inspired environment with neutral tones and warm materials, the space offers a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere. Carefully curated display areas highlight the work and activities across Art & Design, Music, and Drama.
More than an exhibition space, it serves as a hub where students, teachers, and parents can come together to explore, reflect, and experience learning in a more engaging and meaningful way.
