Classroom News and Photos - Reception

Our theme in Reception this term is ‘Knock on the Door’.

For our first adventure we read the book “We’re going on a bear hunt”. The children had lots of fun with sequencing the different environments the characters went through. We explored movement and choreographed our own dance to the bear hunt song.

Some children have been busy in our new shop ‘The Outdoor Store’ buying and selling lots of camping equipment. While some other children have been creating maps and making trees, doors and various objects for our new displays in the EYFS corridor – come by and have a look.
