I have finished my studies at the “University College of Teacher Education Graz” and achieved the degree Bachelor of Education (BEd) in primary level. During this time I specialized on the subject “Sachunterricht” (nature science and general studies). In the fourth semester, I decided to go abroad to transfer my life to Bangkok, Thailand. During my term abroad, I was lucky to study at “Suan Dusit University Bangkok”, which gave me a certain insight into a typical Thai university. There I was able to gain a lot of knowledge in the primary level area.

This is my first time to work abroad, but I am willing to give my best and I really appreciate the possibility to teach at “The British School of Beijing”.

I have received my Bachelor of Education degree for Primary Education from the Private University for Teaching Education (KPH) in Graz, Austria. After leaving University, I worked one year as a full-time class teacher at the primary school of Sinabelkirchen in Austria. Besides my teaching experience, I supported and accompanied students from the age of 14 to 19, with severe mental and physical disabilities. As well as this, I was Volunteer at the Special Olympic World Winter Games in Schladming and Graz in 2017. Both of these had a huge impact on my views of inclusion and diversity.

Besides giving children the best possible education, being a primary school teacher means strengthening the children’s ability to discover their individual potentials and skills which make them unique and enhance their self-confidence. A respectful communication and an appreciative cooperation with teaching staff and parents are very important to me and a prerequisite for a sound and harmonious interaction and cooperation. I am thankful that I have the opportunity to work with children and to accompany them through a positive experience at BSB, Shunyi.

I studied business moral education in Shijiazhuang Hebei Foreign Language School and received an Associate Degree Diploma.

During the holidays, I worked as a teaching assistant at Sunny Hanwen School, and I enjoyed working with teachers. I could learn new knowledge while working and apply it to my work.

Working at BSB Shunyi is my first experience at an International School and I am very excited about this opportunity.

I like collecting stamps very much. I learnt a lot about the people living in the countries by collecting stamps. I like to make new friends. I also like to travel and experience local culture in different places.
