Jessica Pi is a multi-talented teacher; teaching chemistry, biology and physics, but specialsing in chemistry. Jessica started her educational journey in China, initially studying at the University of Science and Technology of China for her undergraduate degree, before moving to America and attending Harvard Graduate School for her Masters.
Her teaching journey began in Boston, working in a large school. Jessica then moved back to China, choosing Guangzhou because she wanted to work in a big city and enjoy the culture, food and better air quality.
Teaching the IGCSE and A-Level programmes at Ulink College for 3 years, Jessica then decided to transfer to BSG, after hearing about it from a friend: " I was attracted to BSG for its beautiful campus, as it had a beautiful lake. The team is supportive, welcoming and friendly.”
Jessica also expressed what Nord Anglia Education's philosophy of 'be Ambitious' means to her, stating: "It means to always set a goal for yourself, always trying to improve yourself. Try to be the best version of yourself by comparing yourself to yourself, and see how you improve."
