Nord Anglia Education, the world’s leading premium international schools organisation, today announced that Chris Sizemore, former Head of Product at BBC Education, has been appointed Director of Product Development for its global Education Technology (EdTech) Division

Chris brings to his new role a wealth of experience in product development and digital content strategy from creating immersive learning experiences for children of all ages. For over a decade, Chris served as Head of Product and Executive Producer for digital at the BBC, where he played a leading role in the development of BBC’s educational digital services including BBC Bitesize, the award-winning online revision platform for students.

Chris joins Nord Anglia from Limina Immersive, a start-up he co-founded which specialises in creative virtual reality experiences.

In his new role, Chris will lead on the design and delivery of Nord Anglia’s digital teaching and learning platforms used by its 67,000 students and 10,000 teachers across 73 schools globally. Chris will oversee the development of Nord Anglia’s EdTech platforms designed to unlock students’ learning potential. Chris reports to Simon Nelson, Group Digital Director, who is leading Nord Anglia’s global EdTech programme.
