NAIS Manila follows Nord Anglia’s rigorous safeguarding regulations, which go beyond local requirements. All staff undergo enhanced background checks and annual safeguarding training. Policies are regularly reviewed to maintain best practice and high standards. We will soon launch YouHQ, a wellbeing platform created to support students’ mental and emotional health and help them thrive both in and out of the classroom.

Our Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs) are trained experts who oversee all safeguarding matters. They are the first point of contact for any concern, ensuring swift and confidential action. DSLs also lead staff training and monitor compliance across the school, making sure everyone knows their role in keeping students safe.
