Busking in Reception 2

Students from Year 8 through to Year 11 performed a range of pieces to welcome students, parents and teachers for a new week at school.

We had some beautiful violin duets courtesy of Ms Kapcsos and our Secondary students. Some of our younger Primary violin students also performed as part of the Primary assembly that morning. The Senior Vocal Group warmed up their voices in preparation for a busy week of performances with the upcoming Christmas Fair and Winter Concerts. Year 10 students performed as part of numerous bands in preparation for their IGCSE ensemble performances later this week. We also had a flute duet performance of ‘Carol of the Bells’ to welcome the festive season. Any students interested in performing in next term’s “Busking” events, please see Ms James for more information. We look forward to welcoming you again to our Busking mornings in Term 2.

Thank you,

Sarah James
