Gerbils

Year 1 children enjoyed a visit from Ms Ildi Tóth to give an update on the two gerbils that were in the Early Years Centre last year.

During lockdown, they went to live with Ms Ildi and they have remained with her ever since. The children enjoyed seeing photographs of Bob and Sophie and hearing all the things they get up to. They were especially interested to hear that they are good friends, love to chew and shred new cardboard, and build a new nest each day.
