Year 5

Year 5 students had the "best break ever" yesterday as they enjoyed the snow on the rooftop!

Year 6

This week in Year 6, the students have studied artwork by Wassily Kandinsky as part of the "They See the World like This" topic. The children then recreated their own abstract art while listening to classical music.

As part of their Topic work, the Hardworking Hippos continue to be inspired by famous artists and their works! This week we investigated abstract art and the artist, Kandinsky, who was famous for taking this movement forward. Inspired by listening to classical music,  we created our own abstract paintings. Here are our works of art!
