Nursery loved visiting the Art Exhibit in the Gym. They were very excited to see all the creations, especially the ones that their siblings had done! The Huskies were extremely proud of the large scale boat that they had created and wanted to tell everyone all about it. I’m sure you would agree, the Nursery classes did an amazing job with the help of their wonderful art teachers!

Reception had a very exciting Frozen Day to finish our "Changes" topic! It was very exciting! We had many problems to solve, including our toys being frozen in blocks of ice and frozen hands. We had to find a way to get our toys out and used a range of different things to find the best one. Thankfully we got our toys out in one piece. Then we had to melt the frozen hand without breaking it. We were so glad we could help Elsa out with a few of her icy problems. We enjoyed using watercolors to paint ice and even attempted some ice construction to build Elsa an ice palace and we ended the day with an obligatory Frozen sing along. We had so much fun on our Frozen day, even if our hands did get a little chilly! Brrr!
