The 2018-2019 academic year marks an exciting new chapter for our school and we have a lot to look forward to. Not only are we part of a new global family; Nord Anglia Education (NAE), we also have a new school name; Nord Anglia International School Manila (NAIS Manila) and will welcome our first Year 10 cohort in August 2018. To mark this special occasion, we invited our parents to a 'New Chapter' parent event.
The event allowed our valued parents to have a sneak preview of the eagerly anticipated new school name and branding, and listen to a presentation from our Principal, David Kirkham and NAE representative, Laura Westley.
Ms Westley made a special trip over from Hong Kong to give more information on the benefits and opportunities now available within the wider Nord Anglia Education family, such as the Global Campus and collaborations with MIT, UNICEF and Juilliard.
Principal, David Kirkham, said: "It was a great pleasure to see so many parents at the event and I am delighted that we had such a positive reception towards our new school name and being part of the Nord Anglia Education family. I am very much looking forward to leading Nord Anglia International School Manila (NAIS Manila) into the next phase, as we expand into the first (I)GCSE year and a full secondary school in a few years’ time.”
