ISM Rosinka is a school that performs well in all subjects, including Maths, Literature, The Arts and Languages, but Physical Education is an area of the curriculum where we truly excel. I have worked in four schools across three continents, and I am yet to find a school with such a wide range of sports on offer.
As Head of Campus, my belief is that a school should create as many opportunities and experiences as possible for our students, so we have designed a curriculum where a student will experience 26 different sports between Year Three and Year Six. This includes Kayaking, Wall Climbing, Swimming, Cycling, Archery and Ice Skating, as well as a whole array of team and racket sports.

Offering so many different sports and activities keeps the students engaged and motivated. A student may find one sport they love and subsequently choose to take part in for the rest of their lives. We offer sports such as Football, Basketball and Athletics, but most schools do this. Our mission is to create a curriculum that is varied, yet exciting, and allows the students to try new activities on a frequent basis.
Sport for all is integral for our school and all students are given an opportunity to take part in all sports that we offer, but we also administer an element of competition, whether this is on our own campus or against other schools. Our students regularly take part in competitions, fixtures and tournaments. During Term Three for example, we will host an Archery Competition, various Sports Days, a Swimming Gala, a Tennis Event and two Football competitions, as well as a Fun Run and a Kayaking race.
