Transition Days

Leaving primary school and beginning life as a secondary school student can be a daunting experience. Every year, students have countless questions and concerns about their move. What happens if I get lost? What are the teachers like? Will I ever see my friends? How much homework will I get?

Here at The International School of Moscow, we strive to ensure our Year Six students are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to transition smoothly to life on our secondary campus.

The transition begins in the early weeks of Year Six when students are entrusted with their own iPads, this builds up steadily through the year, with the students being allowed to move around the campus independently.
