University Degree: BA Secondary Physical Education
I have just started my 17th year of teaching with great experiences and memories. This is the third school that I have worked in and have previously lead two large P.E departments in Sports Colleges in the UK. The opportunities that I have given to pupils over the years include international school trips and competitions allowing students to compete and have cultural exchanges that they will never forget. With excitement, I have decided to move to China to gain a wider range of skills and cultural understanding to teaching and to mix this with my affection of China.
In my spare time I am a keen runner completing 44 marathons with the target of getting into the 100 Marathon Club. I have been involved in a great deal of charity work linked to sports.
In my first two years here at BSG I have really enjoyed being part of NAE and the involvement that I have had in the Community Partnerships and the NAE Global Games.
