Nursery
This week in Nursery we had great fun learning the story We’re going on a bear hunt. We learned about different kinds of bears, talked about how they live and what different feelings they might have, such as happiness, sadness and excitement. We also played games and acted out bear actions and more!
Year 1
Year 1 children continued to learn about time. We learned the story The cat likes to sleep. The children read the story and acted it out. We also sang and danced along the song! The children had a wonderful time telling the story through actions.
Year 2
Year 2 learned all about food and drinks! We learned how to say Coca-Cola, yoghurt, milk in Chinese. Then we played a ‘hide the drink’ game to practise our speaking - the children had to hide a vocabulary card behind a classmate for others to find and make a sentence using the word on the card. Amazing fun!
