2.The hardcopy of the Yearbook will be distributed starting on 12th June instead of 7th June.

Dear Parents, 

It’s that time of year again! Our annual Yearbook is ready to be released and you can now officially reserve your copy today! 

It’s been a year of wonderful memories in the face of adversity and it will go down in history as the school year where things went back to normal with students finally going back to their classrooms fulltime! An amazing team of teachers, parents and students have complied a Yearbook that truly reflects the spirit of the school and remembers many of the fantastic achievements and activities from this very special school year. 

We’re glad to offer you 2 Yearbook options:

1.The classic hard copy costs 190 RMB. 

2.This year we bring in eBook BETA version for your new experience. Our students have been learning about being eco-friendly and wanted to offer an electronic option for everyone. This is also a nice option for anyone that plans to leave China or move and doesn’t want to add extra weight to the suitcase! The eBook costs 10 RMB. This year's eBook can only be viewed online, you cannot download it.   

Starting next year 2023-2024, there will only be the eBook Yearbook , we won’t be offering the hard copy. Next year's eBook will have the option to download.

Any profit made from the sale of this Yearbook will be donated to EGRC, a fantastic charity educating girls in rural China. Only 6000 Yuan could support one girl to continue with her high school study.

We will do a follow-up report on how many girls we supported through our Yearbook Sale.

Educating Girls of Rural China (EGRC) was founded in Vancouver, Canada in 2005, and was registered as an independent charity in China in 2020. EGRC’s belief is that educated women have educated children, and that educating women is the fundamental way to close the gender gap and build better societies for all. Over the last 18 years, EGRC has been working in underdeveloped rural regions of Western China to assist young women and girls in achieving university and high school education. EGRC further supports them by providing emotional support, mentoring, and training for their personal and career developments. Throughout EGRC’s history, the students have achieved a graduation rate of over 99%.

How to order your Yearbook

1.Please scan the QR code below to order the hard copy and/or eBook.

If you purchase the eBook, the phone number you put in the Yearbook Order form will be the only phone number that can login to see the eBook (each number can purchase once only).

2. After you have successfully ordered, a Yearbook Confirmation text message will be sent to the mobile phone number that you indicated. Please keep this Yearbook Confirmation text message.

3. Starting the Week of 12^th June, the school will start to distribute hard copy of the Yearbooks to each class according to the student’s name on the Yearbook Order list for students take home.

• For the eBook BETA version, you will receive a login code and able to access anywhere on your phone, tablet or your computer
• For  the hard copy, it is suggested that you only order one copy. You only need to fill in one yearbook order with one child's name, details and total quantity.

4. If the student hasn’t received the Yearbook after 19^th June due to absence, the student can show your Yearbook Confirmation text message (or a screenshot of your text message) to collect the Yearbook at the following location:  

• 19^th -21^st June at Marketing C109  9am-4pm
• Starting from 22^nd June at the Security Gate Mon-Fri 9am-4pm

5. If you cannot come in person, please ask your friend to collect the Yearbook for you by showing your Yearbook Confirmation text message.  

6. We apologise that late orders of the hardcopy may not be accommodated as we would like to encourage you to be one step forward being eco-friendly.
