Our Year 12 and 13 IB students took on the exciting challenge of the Group 4 Collaborative Project, where creativity meets science, technology, and real-world problem-solving! For those who don’t know, the IB Group 4 Collaborative Project is a scientific investigation where students use various disciplines—like Science, Design Technology (DT), and Computer Science—to solve real-world issues while demonstrating the scientific method.
But this year, these talented students went above and beyond... and turned their project into a Murder Mystery Event! Visitors were immersed in a thrilling scenario where they had to work together, using clues, information, and scientific practicals, to discover who the culprit was! The students left no detail overlooked, designing props and sets to create an atmosphere of suspense and intrigue that spanned the whole science corridor.
Highlights of the Murder Mystery:
The teamwork and dedication shown by our students were phenomenal. From planning the storyline to conducting the science behind it, everyone pitched in to bring this unforgettable experience to life.
As the event unfolded, there was an eerie sense of excitement throughout the science corridor. The hard work, long days, and collaboration paid off as visitors engaged in this hands-on learning adventure, where science met drama and intrigue.
A huge well done to our Year 12 and 13 students for pulling off this creative, thrilling, and scientifically fascinating project!
