Brandon graduated from the University of South Africa with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (BEd), specialising in English and Math. He also received his Postgraduate degree at the same university majoring in Educational Management.
He joined BSB Shunyi in 2022 and thoroughly enjoys working with children. Seeing their growth and development makes him extremely happy. He believes that each child can accomplish all of their dreams if someone believes in them and if they believe in themselves. Working at an international school has given Brandon endless possibilities to extend, broaden and explore the minds of students. BSB Shunyi is rated one of the very best and top schools in Beijing and he will use this platform to share his knowledge and also learn more in order to develop himself further.
Brandon has been teaching for the past seven years. It has been rewarding and he is immensely proud of all the achievements. He wishes that one day he would be a principal and have his own school so that he can break the system of poverty through education. Thus, education is extremely important and dear to him. He would love to see many people become successful through a dynamic education system that works for all and targets all age groups.
Brandon always knew that he wanted to teach abroad and travel the world. One of the best decisions was making the choice to work in China. Life in China is amazing. From learning how to make dumplings, eating at his favorite Chinese restaurants and traveling to cities such as Shenzhen and Harbin and many more. He enjoys making new friends, travel to different countries and experiencr different cultures. One of his interests is cooking and entertaining friends. He loves to inspire people to be the best that they can be and to aspire to become a great leader in the future.
