Volleyball Update

On Tuesday our U14s Volleyball teams played their final game of the season in the GISSA Championship at UISG.

Both teams played very well and came away with 2^nd and 3^rd place finishes in the GISSA Black Division.

Looking forward to next year, BSG’s volleyball squads are looking very competitive, with most of our Girls team being made up of Y8 students, meaning they will only get stronger as a team moving into Y9 still in the U14s category.

Our boys team will also continue to improve, with some promising talent coming through from Y8.

Overall, this year has been a very positive one for Volleyball at BSG. Young teams have represented the school very well in the U14s and U19s age categories.

Our U19s team also played an integral part in our U14s season by assisting as volunteer coaches of the team. Rolan, Athena, Jennifer, Kaz, Kayce, and Adlan all represented our BSG values very well and showed their knowledge and leadership skills throughout the U14s fixture calendar this year.
