He is currently considering his final decision, but remains committed to pursuing a degree in Medicine with the long-term goal of specialising in Ophthalmology.

“I believe the role that teachers played was to help me determine and solidify my interest in a specific field of study. I initially explored different areas within Medical Sciences, but struggled to decide which path to pursue. Through discussions with my Biology teachers about the realistic expectations of each career, I was able to better understand how my strengths align with each field. That was when I decided to pursue Medicine.”
