German Primary Klasse 1 News & Photos

Our first day of school

During our second week of school all the students of German class 1 worked cooperatively to create a lovely display. We want to show the other classes all about our first day of school.

German children get on their first day a very special gift. It´s called "Schultüte"(school bag). Inside, you can find pencils, books, games… and of course some sweets.

The pupils worked in groups to create two big “Schultüten”. They had to organise their work and plan the design. Another group was responsible for creating our display letters.

It was fun to see them working so well with each other, helping each other and planning together.
