German Primary Klasse 3 News & Photos

18 September 2014

German Klasse 3 is actually learning about the ‘Sun’ in Topic and wanted to know all about how to make hot water by using the sun’s energy. What a great opportunity to visit a factory for hot water supplies using solar thermic.

On Wednesday 17th of September we have been invited by the German company Viessmann Solar to visit their manufacturing plant in Dachang. We have got a very interesting introduction by the general manager, who showed us around and explained us all about the complicated steps to produce hot water by using solar energy.

In the end, our class got a great gift from the company: a solar hot water tube with the names of all class members engraved.

Thank you very much for this amazing day!
