BSB Year 9 students, Jeremy Cao, Claire Shannon Vermillion and Konnor Wallis, will be flying to Yale University in New Haven, USA on Thursday 12th November to take part in the final round of the World Scholars Cup – The Champion of Tournaments. They will be there alongside 300 other students from around the world to compete in creating persuasive essays in the Collaborative Writing and Team Debates.
The students will get a day off on the Sunday to visit New York City where they will arrive at Grand Central Station and see Central Park, The Empire State Building and Times Square, to then return to New Haven in the evening ready for the Yale Ball.
We will fly back to Beijing on Wednesday 18th November with the memories, learning and inspiration of the World Scholars Cup.
