Claire, Konnor and Jeremy have spent the day at the Schubert Theatre in New Haven. In the morning they took part in the Scholar Bowl where they were answering very challenging questions using a clicker. This took them all the way up to lunchtime. They had pizza from pizza trucks out on the Green. It was a beautiful day with higher temperatures since arriving, which was perfect for eating outside.

They returned to the theatre for the Debate Showcase which involved the top debaters from the competition take part in another debate but with an audience. It was an exciting and intense debate to watch! This was followed by the Scholar's Show where some of the scholars performed their talent whether it was singing, playing the piano or Tai Kwon do. There was some amazing talent!

We returned to the hotel where we had a delicious Thanksgiving Dinner and then the day ended with the closing ceremony, which concluded the World Scholars Cup 2015.

We are now all packing ready for our long journey back to Beijing tomorrow! Our flight is at 12.25 NYC time on Tuesday and we land at 14.55 Wednesday afternoon.
