The coaches have communicated that the heat has been a very big issue for our teams but they are taking all precautions necessary, it’s just our Beijing teams are not seasoned to it like all the schools in Malaysia & SE Asia. However, everyone is a having a great time, but of course tired. Last day of the games tomorrow.

Also, I didn’t communicate yesterday our teams were in third place for both athletics and swimming but lost it in the relays, given we don’t have a full squad, and the relays count for double points this has always been a home field advantage. Basically you need full squads to have any chance. All the kids have done great despite the numbers.

The host schools has passed along their Facebook page which has some updates and photos. http://www.facebook.com/kolejtuankujaafar

They had nothing up yesterday when I last reported but have things up now.
