Battle of the Books in the French School

09 February 2015

Our intrepid Excellent Readers recently embarked upon the latest ‘Battle of the Books’ in the French school on Tuesday 27th January, 2015. With Mr. Anderson adopting the quiz master persona of one of our characters – Don Quixote – a fun time was had by all.

BSB came 5th place in a highly competitive field.  Alex Kroepfl won the award for the longest book title memorised, (including the ISBN number!). Croissants and coffee were also most welcome and thoroughly enjoyed.

With the next battle in only three months’ time, our Excellent Readers are hard at work in preparation for this, and for the very many other excellent events that they are organising. Watch this space!

Names of our BSB Excellent Readers  who participated:

Alex Kroepfl

Claire Shannon-Vermillion
