Teddies have been having a super fun few weeks!

We had a brilliant blue day and enjoyed coming to school in our blue clothes to try out many special blue activities.

As we are learning about all of the children’s interests in our new theme ‘free to be me’ we have had lots of Princess play in class so we held a very exciting Prince and Princess day. The children were delighted to come to school in their best clothes and costumes.

The children are also enjoying singing along to the ‘Frozen’ song – ‘Let it go’ and dance together in twos beautifully. We have been playing lots of frozen games involving ‘freezing’ when the music stops or the teacher says ‘freeze!’ The frozen theme has also linked into our small world play and we have even added real ice to it – which the children all became very excited about. When it melted some of them exclaimed ‘It’s gone!’ and even looked for the ice under the table and in the draws, until one of the Teddies cleverly explained that the ice had turned into water!
